 The HAZTRAIN Hazardous Waste Identification Tool (HWIT) will be officially launched at this major event in Copenhagen, a presentation and poster presentation will be made and the tool will also be shown to interested delegates at the Hazardous Waste Technical Tour on October 5th, 2006. HAZTRAIN final meeting in Turku Finland
The final meeting of the HAZTRAIN project was successfully held at the Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland, on September 4 – 6, 2006. All partners attended the meeting and reported on the progress in their regions. Plans were made for the launch of the tool at the ISWA2006 in Copenhagen in October and for the completion of the project. A site visit was made to the EKOKEM Hazardous Waste Management Facility in Riihimäki.
